Our referral program allows you to refer your clients to a full-time professional who will serve your clients with the same care and expertise that you have.
No REALTOR® Association
or MLS Membership Required
As a referral only brokerage, we focus only on helping our licensees place referrals with full-time active professionals. This allows you to remain actively licensed while not paying those annual Association and MLS dues.
You will still need to maintain your Continuing Education requirements as well as maintain your active license but you don’t have to pay for something you don’t need.

✓ $100 – Sign Up Fee
✓ $100 – Annual Fee
✓ 10% on all referrals with a max of $400 per referral
✓ $6,000 annual CAP – resets on your anniversary every year
